Throughout this document, "we" and "us" mean Woodview House, and "you" means the visitor to woodviewhouse.ie or the customer we are working for. "The Site" means woodviewhouse.ie and any subdomain operated by us.

Where you buy or book something through the Site, the price and what is included are displayed before you pay, and your purchase or booking is confirmed by email. VAT is included in all prices shown on the Site unless stated otherwise.

Where we issue a written quotation, engagement letter, or booking confirmation, or where specific terms such as a cancellation policy are presented to you at the time of purchase or booking, those take precedence on the specific points they cover. These terms fill in everything those documents do not address.

If additional work or costs arise beyond what was originally agreed, we will tell you, explain why, and agree the cost with you before the additional work is carried out or the additional cost is incurred.

Any cancellation terms that apply to your purchase or booking are presented at the time you buy or book, or set out in our written quotation or confirmation. To cancel or change a booking or order, contact us as early as you can by phone on 087 461 3201 or by email at stay@woodviewhouse.ie.

Where a refund is due, it is made to the original payment method and normally takes 3 to 5 working days to appear, depending on your bank.

If we have to cancel or postpone for reasons within our control, we will contact you as early as possible and offer an alternative or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Nothing in this section reduces any cancellation rights you have under Irish or EU consumer protection law, including, where it applies, the 14-day cooling-off period for purchases made online.

We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with the standards that apply to our business. Where our work depends on information, access, materials, or decisions from you, you agree to provide them in reasonable time, and we are not responsible for delays or problems caused by their absence.

Our staff are entitled to a courteous and safe environment. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue work where that is not the case.

All content on woodviewhouse.ie, including text, images, graphics, logos, layouts, and code, is the copyright of Woodview House, its suppliers, or its licensors, unless something is clearly marked otherwise.

You can view the content in a normal web browser for your own use. You cannot copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, or frame the content, upload it to any third-party platform, strip out copyright notices or attribution, or use the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose, without our written permission.

Where you pay online, payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored on our systems.

We make every reasonable effort to keep woodviewhouse.ie available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Electronic services are subject to interruption, breakdown, and scheduled maintenance. To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or our work for you is limited to the total fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, the law, or how we run the business. If we make a meaningful change that affects existing customers, we will email the affected customers in advance. Minor wording fixes and clarifications that do not change the substance do not get flagged.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

If any part of these terms is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms will continue in full force and effect.
